L\u2019objectif premier \u00e9tait de retrouver les sensations au guidon de mon VTT et de travailler la technique. Du premier au dernier coup de p\u00e9dale, je me suis donn\u00e9 \u00e0 fond. La fatigue est bien pr\u00e9sente.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Lors du premier tour (quatre kilom\u00e8tres), je suis rest\u00e9e au contact des meilleurs. Ludovic Dubau m\u2019a bien aid\u00e9e. Ensuite, nous avons encha\u00een\u00e9 avec quatre tours de 6,5 kilom\u00e8tres, j\u2019ai alors lev\u00e9 un peu le pied pour ne pas me mettre dans le rouge. Dans la difficile bosse, j\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 reprendre des gar\u00e7ons. J\u2019ai fait la course \u00e0 fond, j\u2019\u00e9tais sans cesse \u00e0 la relance. Je suis amplement satisfaite par le r\u00e9sultat et surtout par les sensations sur le v\u00e9lo. Il me reste \u00e0 entretenir cette condition jusqu\u2019\u00e0 dimanche\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prochaine course\u00a0:<\/strong> dimanche \u00e0 Houffalize en Belgique, deuxi\u00e8me manche de la Coupe du monde de VTT.
